Due to the high volume of orders, there is normally a 3 week waiting list on all orders. Please get in touch if you need an accurate dispatch time.

Please remember all our items are handmade and we do take a lot of time and care to produce.

Payment is taken via PayPal on our site, allowing customers to use credit and debit cards.

More complex orders may require the order to be made over the phone and payment to be made through PayPal request.

All items are sent via Royal Mail or Courier service depending on size and quantity. Orders may take 3-5 working days to arrive. All orders are sent recorded and signed for service, so a signature will be required on delivery.

Delivery fee of £4 on all orders up to 2kg

Delivery fee of £15.00 on all orders 2kg to 5kg

Delivery fee of £27.00 on all orders 5kg to 10kg

Orders over 10kg will need to be calculated upon request

OZL Crafted is unable to take returns or offer refunds on  personalised or bespoke work. In the unlikely event of one of our products arriving damaged or faulty please contact us immediately.

We are sorry, we cannot offer refunds on postage.
